Every guest must present proof of full vaccinations upon check-in at the hotels (Digital Vaccine Certificate on MySejahtera App or Vaccination Card ) and must be at least 14 days post full vaccination (or 28 days for single dose vaccine such as Johnson & Johnson, CanSino)
Please note, you may be denied check-in to the Property due to high body temperature or is subject to a high risk Covid-19 status listed in MySejahtera app at time of check-in.
In the event that you are unable to prove your eligibility or where the Property rejects your status, the following will apply:
Property will request that you pay the difference between the discounted rate and the non-discounted price for the booking; or the Property may cancel your booking subject to the Property’s cancellation policy.
